4. Every node load is different, and we run hundreds and hundreds of nodes. We do our best to keep node i/o down, and nodes performing as well as possible, This is a shared hardware service though, so issues can appear from time to time. If we do not catch it, just notify us, and we'll find the source of any issue, and resolve it promptly.
